NOTE: This is actually #11 Oak Street - built across the street from the original. LOL!
Now that the "crazy old coot" was out of her hair... Cat could see him, across the street in his hovel - #10 Oak Street, happily talking to his Garden Gnome. Now that he was gone, she could finally get down to business on her remodel.
The first thing she did was move the 'outdoor' shower indoors!
Outdoor plumbing was never an option for Cat! She then moved the kitchen across the house, which added a bit more space to both the bath and kitchen then the old coot had wanted.
Then she added an upstairs loft living area:
Now, where would be the best place for a bedroom? In the new basement! With small
windows that open out to the flowers - the invigorating early morning
air will smell delicious! The wall behind the ladder is mirrored;
Cat plans to put up a ballet barre there as soon as she can. (It is already included!)
The original landscaping remains the same - except for the added driveway:

--- The picture shows HL's Backless Tub/Shower which I have defaulted, but if you don't have it, the game will just substitute the regular in-game version.
