Beach Rentals - 3 Stilt Houses: as Apartments or as Vacation Hotel

3 Stilt Houses - either as Apartments or Vacation Rentals (Hotels)
fully furnished & tested - each "house" offers 2 bedrooms, and a full kitchen
Amenities include: the BEACH - with lounge chairs, plus...
fruit trees, hot tub, tiki bar, poker table, several grills and picnic tables, dart boards, chess games,
easels, a hammock, campfire, and fixer-upper car.
Hotel amenities: (add to the above) Karaoke, and an arcade game.

I intentionally keep my builds lightly furnished - with only EAxis stuffeths - so that you can have all the fun of decorating it! (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!) All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included; along with smoke and burglar alarms, and telephones.

These are clean copies of these houses/lots; no sims have ever been here.
The lots were cleaned and compressed with Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.
The packages were cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
Each lot has an easily identifiable custom thumbnail too.

The sun is oriented to the front.

There is parking for 2 (or 3) vehicles, but they will be "community" cars, and drive-able by any resident. (You will need to add cars to the lot before moving your first sim onto the property.)

This is a pet-ready build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.

TIPs: If, when you first enter the lot, any arches/doorways are not "cut through" - save, exit to the hood, and re-enter. Fixed! 😉 This lot was built on the Twikki coast. It also places in Bluewater Village and Belladonna Cove (over by Baba Yaga's hut.) It can be placed just about anywhere in my custom Sameville hood.

ATTN - For the Apartment version ONLY of this lot:
Because it is an Apartment Lot built on a BEACH lot, it will suffer from the "sinking lot glitch." See the last picture - it is easy to fix - just pick the lot up and put it back down again.

The hotel/vacation rental version of this lot is not affected.

Be sure to rent these apartments FURNISHED!

How to rent a Furnished Apartment:
- Bring up the cheat box with CTRL-SHIFT-C.
- Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
- Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
- Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
- SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
- If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
- Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
- Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.
