...welcomes you to paradise!

Each of our 4 units feature 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; amenities include private rooftop patios, the pool, 2 playgrounds, and 4 community-use vehicles.

Now mostly CC-Free. The CCed-up version is still available on MTS.

This is a clean copy of this lot; no sim has ever lived here. As this is an apartment lot - everything your sim needs to survive is included. This building was inspired by Design #V41496 in a blueprint "collection" book from Home Planners, Inc. (circa 1984) - with an additional rooftop "party" space.

Now MOSTLY CC free. The flagstone pavers in the parking lot area are now just asphalt throughout. ALL routing issues have been fixed. (Bathrooms, front doors, etc.) I did not retake pictures - the "feel" and concept remains the same.

How to rent a Furnished Apartment:
- Bring up the cheat box with CTRL-SHIFT-C.
- Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
- Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
- Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
- SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
- If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
- Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
- Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.
