Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

All of my items are available through Mod the Sims - MTS2: CatherineTCJD.

Most of my stuff is also posted on Tumblr: A Peacock's Tale.

And I'm slowly adding things to Simblr: CatherineTCJD.

I also have an archive of everything I have made on SFS: CatherineTCJD.

Thank you for visiting!

2-Step Foundation

3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - under $25K
- no yard - no cc

Built on one of my Prebuilt 2-Step Foundation Starter Lots. Actually, I built this house as a 'test' of the Starter Pack. It has been sitting on my desktop since then... just waiting it's chance to be uploaded.

The floor plan comes from Vacation & Second Homes by Home Planners, 1991.

It is a very simple, lightly furnished, little house:

This house is lightly furnished with standard EAxis items. (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!) All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove has a smoke alarm. The front door has a burglar alarm. A telephone is in the kitchen.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is no parking. The driveway is only prepped.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need. Large dogs are going to need Simler90's Stair Mods to be able to access the 2-Step foundation.

Definitely used but NOT included:
Get these items if you want the house to look exactly as shown in the pictures.

Thank you, Mootilda for the awesome Grid Adjuster tool used to make these 2-Step foundation lots.
