The floor plan comes from Multi-Level & Hillside Homes by Home Planners, 1991.
I dedicate this build to my good friend Helga - who loves all things purple and red.
This could easily be her RL dream house. 🎉

This house is lightly furnished with maxis-only content. (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!) All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove and fireplace have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed; telephone is by the spiral stairs.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for three vehicles; one in the garage, and two on the driveway.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need. Large dogs are going to need Simler90's Stair Mods to be able to access the 2-Step foundation.
