Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

All of my items are available through Mod the Sims - MTS2: CatherineTCJD.

Most of my stuff is also posted on Tumblr: A Peacock's Tale.

And I'm slowly adding things to Simblr: CatherineTCJD.

I also have an archive of everything I have made on SFS: CatherineTCJD.

Thank you for visiting!

The floor plan comes from Multi-Level & Hillside Homes by Home Planners, 1991.

Please enjoy touring the rest of this design by scrolling through all the pictures.

This house is UNFurnished. (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!) All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove and fireplace have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed; telephone is by the spiral stair.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for one vehicle on the space up by the road.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.

Definitely used but NOT included:
Get these items if you want the house to look exactly as shown in the pictures.
- I recommend invisifying the driveway with Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway
- HugeLunatic's Backless Tub/Shower
- The siding is from the Lifestyle Build Bundle. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY.)
