I needed a basic house for a huge family I made in CAS. Even though they had extra starting funds, they still needed help getting into a house. So I built this very basic 4 bedroom double-wide and used Pescado's "Magic Wand" to bring the price down under $20K.
They can now buy this house, and afford some starter furniture for their family. It may be considered 'cheating' to depreciate the house like this... but then I think of my RL friends who's parents bought them their house as a wedding present... and I'm OK with the cheaty aspect of it all.

This house is UNFurnished. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove has a smoke alarm. The telephone is by the kitchen.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is no parking; but the driveway is prepped and ready for you to add when it is needed.
