Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

All of my items are available through Mod the Sims - MTS2: CatherineTCJD.

Most of my stuff is also posted on Tumblr: A Peacock's Tale.

And I'm slowly adding things to Simblr: CatherineTCJD.

I also have an archive of everything I have made on SFS: CatherineTCJD.

Thank you for visiting!

Breakwater ~ a SimplexHomes Modular Design

Cross-posted to MTS.

Breakwater
a SimplexHomes Modular Design
3 bedrooms - 2.5 bathrooms - beach house on stilts
- parking space - pet friendly - on the BEACH!!!

The floor plan is from Simplex Homes. This TS2 version follows the original floor plan pretty closely... with added porches to match the rendering shown below. I hope you like it!

Please enjoy touring the rest of this property by scrolling down through all the pictures.

This house is lightly furnished. Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and fireplaces have smoke alarms. The telephone is by the kitchen. The front door has a burglar alarm.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for one vehicle on the space up by the road.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.

USED but NOT included:
Get this if you want the house to look exactly as shown in the pictures.
- I recommend invisifying the driveway with Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway
- and you may want to get SilentLucidity's Around & Through Blocks - to make the bookcase under the stairway useable. *Silly Maxis*
