These are apartments are built with roommates in mind. They are not too expensive, and a great place for your fresh sim to live! They are also pet friendly, and there are several community/social areas your sim will enjoy.

These four similar apartment units are lightly furnished. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stoves have smoke alarms. Telephones and burglar alarms are by the front doors.

This is a clean copy of this apartment/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for two vehicles on the driveway spaces in front of the building. To have cars on an apartment lot, you must place the cars before moving any sim onto the lot. And, the cars will be community property - usable by any and all residents.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need. You will need Simler's Stair mods to allow large dogs access to the 2-step foundation. (Linked below.)

You will also need to get:
- My Max Slope Value Mod - Because it is built on a STEEP slope, this lot will not be place-able in any hood, with out my mod.
- Simler90's Stair Mods for the 2-Step foundation to work for large dogs (IF you want to allow large doggies inside!)

How to rent a Furnished Apartment:
- Bring up the cheat box with CTRL-SHIFT-C.
- Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
- Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
- Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
- SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
- If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
- Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
- Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.
