The house is lightly, yet fully furnished with mostly the Maxis Mission furniture set. "Decorating" is kept to a minimum; please re-arrange and customize things to suit your sims tastes.
I meant for this to be CC Free *sigh* but, alas, I had to use the open underneath wooden stairs. They are included, and links are given below...
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
Smoke alarms are over the kitchen stove and the patio grill (The fireplaces do NOT have smke alarms - you have been warned!) The telephone is on the wall in the kitchen. There is a burglar alarm by the front door.
Custom Content Included:
- Maxis Wooden Stairs - open underneath by Reyn/MTS2 - these need a script file so follow the link and make sure you install them properly!
- Maxis Wooden Stairs - recolorable by Numenor/MTS2 - these are NOT USED in this build, but are necessary to have in you DL folder for the "open underneath" stairs to work.
- NOTE: If walls are missing when you first visit the lot, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 to your DL folder before loading this house again. This wall fixes the "wonky wall" issue that happens when you use CFE to build (as you must for creating split-level houses.)
