A Small House ~ MidCentury ~ 2 Bedroom ~ 1.5 Bath ~ Hobby Area ~ Driveway
Based on a real life life house on the street where we used to live.
I have updated this lot for 2022 - Most of the CC is removed now.
I have no idea what the actual inside of this house looks like - but, I imagine it goes something like this:
In my RL neighborhood, this house is right next door to THIS house, and there is a long swath of gravel between them that sometimes houses a very sweetly kept black Peterbilt Semi cab. (Which is why I went for a more masculine look inside - a very clean and neat masculine look!)

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for one vehicle, on the driveway.
There is a smoke alarm, burglar alarm, phone, and everything else your sim will need.
2022 Update: Much CC has been removed! Outer walls/floors are no longer CC now. The bathroom has been fixed, it now has a shower, no tub. Pets are not recommended. If you want the exact same vegetation, then you will need the fixed Castaway Bundle from Meetme2theriver.
And, You will need Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 (for the clerestory window area)
