Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

Place several of these side-by-side for a Row House effect like the cover picture implies.
5 bedroom - 5 bathroom - terrace - walled garden
- no slope basement - modernized/updated - pet friendly -

The floor plan comes from a current Zillow listing - where it is was for sale for a cool $3-million! It has since sold for $3.4-million!!! (Note: the Zillow listing's "front" picture is incorrect! There are no bowed windows on this RL facade!) This is not an exact copy! But, it was inspired by the floor plan that Johnny_Bravo brought to my attention. My TS2 version is much wider than the RL version. In RL the building is only 16.4 feet wide ~ my simmed version is around 24 feet wide.

This house is furnished, and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and fireplaces all have smoke alarms. Both front doors are burglar alarmed. There are telephones on each level except the unfinished basement.

There is no parking.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included - but there is plenty of space to add them, bath tubs are accessible for dog washing.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (follow the link and it's the second link in the top post - extracted by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
