The original floor plan is included, below. I made very few TS2 adjustments. I have no clue where the floor plan came from? I've had it in my collection since 2008, or so. An educated guess has me thinking it is a modular home design? Most of the houses built within the last 40 years, here in Central Florida, are of this style. I've also got a reversed plan - here - with an added bed/bath, and a pool. I hope one of these Florida style houses catches your sims eye!

This house is fully furnished, but lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove and grill have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is in the Utility Hall behind the Kitchen.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for four vehicles: two in the garage, and two on the driveway.
This is a pet-ready build. Pet items (for dogs & cats) are included - both tubs are accessible for dog washing. NOTE about Large Dogs: HL's SimplePassageStairs are were the only way large dogs could access 2-Step foundations when I originally built this house. NOW large dogs can run up and down 2-Step foundations with ease using Simler90's StairMods. (So, you can delete HL's stairs before installing - just untick the box in the Clean Installer.)
Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY)
This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
- I would also recommend getting the Invisible Driveway by Sophie-David/MTS2 - so the pavered driveway looks right.

You may also want to get:
- Simler90's Stair Mods for the 2-Step foundation to work for large dogs (IF you remove HL's SimplePassage invisible stairs.)
- Simple Passage Modular Stair (optional) by HugeLunatic(HL)/Sims2Artists - these need a script file, follow the link and make sure you install them properly!
