It features 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, numerous balconies, a back porch and patio, a private fishing pond, and a very large swimming pool. Inside you will find a home theater/screening room, a two-story library, two kitchens - plus an outdoor grill/kitchen, sauna and fitness dojo, billiard's room, and a spectacular wine cellar. Did I mention the "Secret Garden"? It's got that too!
...although it's really not that big of a "secret" - I caught the papergirl wandering around in there the other day. 😒 *le sigh*

This house is fully furnished and decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stoves, grill, and all fireplaces have smoke alarms. Outside-accessible doors are burglar alarmed. Each level has a telephone.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer. Please be aware - this house is built on a sloped lot. I have moved it around and placed copies in many different 'hoods without any problems. But, because of the sloped lot, I recommend you make a back-up of your hood before installing this lot. It is also a very large lot, and may slow down (cause lagging) on some computers.
NOTE: The large square dining table in the Breakfast Nook has inaccessible seats. I liked the look of it, so I kept it - but you may want to change out the table for a smaller one before calling the fam in for breakfast! Also, in the Family Room, the coffee table is in the way if your sims wish to light the fireplace. (None of the other fireplaces have issues.)
There is parking for five vehicles; three on the driveway, and two in the garage.
This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - and all tubs are accessible for dog washing.
Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY)
This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
