Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

This is the original floor plan. I only had to make a few TS2 adjustments... like the step-up from the foyer to the main house - that didn't happen. I also added the no-slope basement. And, I really wanted to use that lovely flat roof as a deck. I hope your sims won't mind?

The house is lightly furnished, and decorated. All appliances, plumbing, and lighting are included. The stove and grill both have a smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. Both levels have a telephone.

There is parking available for two vehicles: one in the garage, and one on the driveway.

Pet items are in place - specifically for a dog. Everything was thoroughly tested with my "Big Dog" tester, Seaphus. He much preferred sleeping on the Master bed, to sleeping in the doghouse. And his favorite bone was left out in the yard.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

Pictures were taken with the following item in place, but it is NOT included:
- Invisible Smoke Alarm by pfish/MTS2.

Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (follow the link and it's the second link in the top post - extracted by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
