Sims 2 Virtual Realty: Stone Cottage Farm: 1B/1B/Garage(Barn) with Stables and Livestock Pens

Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

Cyd and Porthos are so excited to move out to the country ~ they've already ordered Goats and Chickens from Sun and Moon's Barnyard Bash. Delivery is scheduled for Saturday! Cyd wants to get some cows too, but Porthos is holding out for horses...

This house is furnished, and decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove and grill have smoke alarms. Telephones are located in both the house and the garage/barn. There is NO burglar alarm in this house - I plan to put this farm way waaaay out in the country, where burglars wouldn't bother to travel. Feel free to add a burglar alarm, if your sims would feel safer, of course.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is currently parking for one vehicle in the garage/barn. It is a sideways oriented parking space, so cars will "teleport" to the road. There is also room to add two more parking spaces on the long driveway.

This is a pet-friendly build. A dog house, food dish and bone are included - and there is plenty of space to add more!

Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (follow the link and it's the second link in the top post - extracted by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
