Complete Freedom is one story modern home design that gives you exactly that: complete freedom to not worry about cleaning your home and accumulating clutter. With only 670 square feet to worry about, you'll be able to spend more time doing the things you love and less time worrying about home maintenance.
Entering through the kitchen, you'll find yourself right in front of the master bedroom and the full bath. A fully featured kitchen escorts you through to the great room. A modest peninsula counter offers an informal option for dining, with space behind for a smaller dining set if so desired. Sliding doors give way to the rear covered porch, shown here with a pool to take full advantage of the backyard space. In addition to the master bedroom, this plan also includes a small second bedroom just off the great room, perfect for a creative space, office, or guests.

This house has a very "cabin" feel to me - it seems well suited for a vacation home/retreat. It is lightly furnished and decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove and grill have a smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is by the computer desk.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for one vehicle in the circular driveway.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included - but there is plenty of space to add them, the tub is accessible for dog washing.
Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (follow the link and it's the second link in the top post - extracted by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
