The floor plan comes from the book One-Story Homes, published by HomePlanners, Inc in 1991. An on-line archive of the plan is HERE.
NEW: With Simler90's Stair Mods, HL's invisible SimplePassage stairs are no longer needed! They are included, but optional. Delete them for a CC-Free lot.

This house is fully furnished, and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and fireplace have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is in the kitchen.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for two vehicles; one in the garage, and one on the driveway.
This is a pet-READY build. Some pet items are included - the 'laundry' room is a pet-care room with a tub and a litter box, and a food bowl just outside the door.
NOTE about Large Dogs: I've noted on the FloorPlan picture where the invisible SimplePassageStairs are used - these stairs are were the only way large dogs could access 2-Step foundations when I built this house. NOW large dogs can run up and down 2-Step foundations with ease using Simler90's StairMods.

Get these items if you want the house to look exactly as shown in the pictures.
- The siding is from the Lifestyle Build Bundle. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
You will also need to get:
- Simler90's Stair Mods for the 2-Step foundation to work for large dogs (IF you remove HL's SimplePassage invisible stairs.)
- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor/MTS2 - used to fix CFE'd wonky walls around the garage door. (Installation help is at the bottom of my TOU page)
- I would also recommend getting the Invisible Driveway by Sophie-David/MTS2 - so the pavered driveway looks right.
