Sims 2 Virtual Realty: Beach House, circa 1977 ~ Stilt House, Large Deck, 2-Step Foundation, No CC

Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

This house is mostly UNfurnished. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove has a smoke alarm. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is by the bedrooms.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for two vehicles; one in the garage, and one on the driveway.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included - but there is plenty of space to add them, the bathtub is accessible for dog washing. NOTE: Large dogs can't use the 2-click steps, unless you have Simler90's stair mods (linked below.) Unmodded, they will enter the house via the back deck area.

Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

You will also need to get:
- Simler90's Stair Mods for the 2-Step foundation to work for large dogs (IF you want dogs to come in the front door.)
- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor/MTS2 - used to fix CFE'd wonky walls around the garage doors. (Installation help is at the bottom of my TOU page)
