Just look at those huge eaves! This house was obviously built in the 50's. Enjoy!
This floor plan comes from the book One-Story Homes, published by HomePlanners, Inc in 1991. An on-line archive of the plan is HERE.
NOTE about Large Dogs: I've noted on the FloorPlan picture where the invisible SimplePassageStairs are used - these stairs are were the only way large dogs could access 2-Step foundations when I built this house. NOW large dogs can run up and down 2-Step foundations with ease using Simler90's StairMods... However, the tub is not situated for dog-washing. So, I would suggest sticking another tub outside, if you want to have dogs.

This house has basic starter furniture. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove has a smoke alarm. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is in the kitchen.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is no parking - yet. You must add a driveway first.
Used but NOT included - so, you may want to GO get it:
- Some of the wallpapers are from the Lifestyle Build Bundle. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY)
This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
