Besides adding a carport and a full unfinished basement, I expanded the back porch a bit and added a swing-set to the yard. Inside, the floorplan was completely changed: the bathroom and kitchen areas were swapped, a second bedroom was added, and a small dining area was created.

Please scroll down through ALL the pictures to see everything this house has to offer. This is a clean copy if the lot - no Sim ever set foot in it. A copy of the lot was play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. There are smoke alarms at the stove, and outside grill. The phone is in the kitchen, and the burglar alarm is by the front door.
The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for two vehicles; one on the driveway, and one in the carport.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is space to add them. The bathtub is accessible for doggie baths.

- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
