Sims 2 Virtual Realty: Stonecrest ~ A Luxurious Estate (McMansion) 4B/Gar and Pool

Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

Stonecrest
A large luxurious home for your posh gated communities
~ built with No CC ~
It features 4 bedrooms, 2 full and 3 half bathrooms, a patio with swimming pool, a back porch with grill and outdoor dining area, an office/study, games room, media center, Butler's pantry, and formal dining room. There is a private balcony off the Master Suite, and the pool house has two bathrooms. The landscaping is mature and tastefully done - your HOA cannot complain. Hopefully!

This is the floor plan I based this build on: (I'm sure it's a Toll Brother's design - but I can't find a working link anymore.)

This house is fully furnished and decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and fireplace have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. Each level has a telephone.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for two vehicles; one on the driveway, and one in the garage.

This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - and both tubs are accessible for dog washing.

Some of the wallpapers may be from this bundle:
- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

I would also recommend getting an 'inaccessible plants' mod for the plant shelf above the front door - I suggest Perfect Plants - Perfect Gardens.

There is no Custom Content used in this lot.
