Here's another Downtown house that EAxis gave us - it has potential, but the design just didn't sit right with me. I was hoping to keep it under $20K... *sigh* That didn't happen - but it's still pretty cheap at $23K! I hope I've improved on the design - what do you think?
Where there was just one bedroom, now there are two. The bathroom now has a tub/ shower combo. And the "flow" is easier to bring groceries in - from the car to the kitchen. Plus, I added a basement for... whatever!
Please scroll down through ALL the pictures to see everything this house has to offer. This lot has been play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. There's a smoke alarm under the range hood in the kitchen, the phone is in the hallway, but there is NO burglar alarm. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, garbage can, stove, and fridge. Everything for a Sim's basic needs is included. This lot has lots space to build out more, if needed. It is UNdecorated - please personalize it to meet your Sim's whims.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for one vehicles on the driveway.

- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
