Modern Style 1 Story Ranch ~ 3B/3B/Gar, pool, and gardens. Min CC

This house is built from floor plans I found on line; I made very few changes to the original plan. The laundry room/bathroom area between the garage and kitchen is a bit different - the two rooms are swapped, and in place of a powder room there is now a full bathroom. I also reworked the bedroom closets and Master bath to better suit TS2. I hope your sims won't mind too much!

The Gavigans tested this lot for me - Isaiah loved the TV and computer in the 'office' (If it wasn't raining so hard, he'd have probably rather gone swimming!) Their first visitor was the garden-club lady and she was duly impressed with the gardens. I didn't stick around to see if she offered them a membership right away, but she really liked the peacock statues in front ...Mary was too engrossed in the local newspaper to go out and talk to her. *sigh*

Please scroll through all the pictures below to see everything this house has to offer. The house is fully furnished and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, fireplaces, and grill all have a smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is located to the left of the front door.

This is a clean copy of this house; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for one vehicle in the garage. The driveway is shortened, so there are no driving animations of the car leaving/entering the lot.

NOTE: The lounger placed on an angle by the fireplace in the living room - it may need adjusting/moving before anysim can sit in it.

- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

Definitely needed and NOT included - you MUST get this before installing this lot:
- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor/MTS2 - (Installation help is at the bottom of my TOU page)
If you don't install Numenor's Wall #90 before entering the lot, there will be missing wall sections or pieces of the WroughtIron fence in place of walls. Here, the wall is used to allow the clerestory windows to work around the living/dining room.
