"Dimes"
I found another Mark Stewart Home Design that I really liked, and thought would 'Sim' well... Why did he name it 'Dimes'? Well, probably because it is a "Skinny House" concept. You know - a thin dime?
This contemporary modern design features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a garage, patio, and large yard; and is meant to be built on a narrow lot. The lot has been adjusted with Mootilda's Lot Adjuster (although it is a standard game-sized lot.) It is built with very minimal CC.
This is a pet-ready home. Enjoy!
Please scroll down through all the pictures to see everything this house has to offer. The house is lightly furnished and decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and fireplace, all have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. Telephones are centrally located on each level.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for two vehicles: one on the driveway, and one in the garage.
This is a pet-ready build. Some pet items are included. There is ample space to add more, and both bathtubs are accessible for dog washing.

This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC
star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered
walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't
realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go
get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
