This is a fun, modern house, for a small family - it has two bedrooms.
It is built for a serious artist - place it somewhere in your hood that has a nice view, and let them create! 🎨
It was inspired by this RL floor plan:
...and I followed the plan pretty much exactly - EXCEPT, I add the "loft" over the Master Bedroom area. An Artist's Loft needs a loft, right?
Everything you see in the picture above is accessible to sims.
Behind the camera's view, things are not so accessible. There is a chair, a pile of books, and a plant - all are decorative only. The roof slants too much to allow sim interaction. And, you may need a plant mod (like Perfect Plants - Perfect Gardens) to keep that plant healthy?
Though this house is small - and priced well under $60K - it is not without luxury! Check out the Master Suite's closet and bathroom...

This house is fully furnished and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove has a smoke alarm. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is on a central wall near the kitchen.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for two vehicles: one on the driveway, and one in the garage.
This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - and the downstairs bathtub is accessible for dog washing.

Some of the wallpapers may be from this bundle:
- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered
walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
Definitely needed and NOT included - you MUST get these before installing this lot:
- Windkeeper's OFB Window Add-Ons - especially the 2Tshort and 3Tshort windows.
- MLC's FlaredColumnMaster and CabinStone1 REC - or the stone columns will flash blue!
- The animation file for Marvine's Ladder
- Numenor's Wall #90 - (Installation help is at the bottom of my TOU page) 😉
If you don't install Numenor's Wall #90 before entering the lot, there will be missing wall sections, or may be pieces of the WroughtIron fence in place of some walls.
