The simmed bathroom is a bit bigger than the original; and I moved the upstairs 'desk' nook downstairs to the back of the garage area. Humans can be much more creative with their garage space than sims can be. *silly sims*

While it is not a "Starter" in terms of pricing, it is a really good first home for a single sim or for a couple who does not want to live in an apartment building. The lot has been shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster, so it is about the size of an apartment - but it is an individual house. An SFH (Single Family Home,) if you will. LOL!
