As I was browsing modern house designs on the web I saw a house with a roof like this - and I thought, "I gotta sim that!" So, I did. LOL!
NOTE: HL's SimplePassageStairs are included - but only required if you want to allow large dogs to go inside the house. You do not need to install these stairs.
This is a contemporary modern home built on a 2-click Foundation with a No-Slope Basement. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a central 'Great Room' combined living area, and a full empty basement that your Sim can finish however they want to... It also has a back patio area that is designed with entertaining in mind! Put this lot somewhere with a nice view and invite all your neighbors over. They will love it!
The house is fully furnished and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The telephone is located in the kitchen. The front door is burglar alarmed. The stove and grill have smoke alarms. It is perfect for roommates!
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for three vehicles on the driveway. NOTE: Because the driveway is turned sideways, there are no driving animations. Cars will teleport to the road and back.
This is technically a "No CC" build.
2-click Foundations do not need anything special for sims to use the house.
However, if you want a Large Dog to be able to enter the house, you must have HL's SimplePassageModularStairs to allow them to get up on the lowered foundation and go inside. This lot is packaged with these stairs in place. They are invisible - I have marked their locations on the "Overview" picture below.
If you do not want to allow large dogs, or want a completely CC-Free lot - just untick the box for them in the Clean Installer before installing the lot.
NOTE: The stairs cannot be added later - without using the GridAdjuster and completely redoing the foundation/basement levels.

This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC
star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered
walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't
realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go
get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
