The cement surround around the front door, square columns, decorative cement slabs, and boxy building shape might kinda lend itself a bit to Frank Simoyd Wright.
Right?
Hence the 'Vintage' appellation added to the plan's original name. It is the Modern Style plan with a bit of age some vintage flair added.
This is built directly from the plan below, but I didn't use any CC. So it doesn't "look" exactly like the plan picture. It is in fact a CC-Free build except for one item - the SimplePassageModularStairs by HugeLunatic, which allows the 1-click foundation to work. Without these stairs there is no way anyone can enter the house. *silly sims*
Thank you Mootilda - for the GridAdjuster tool, which allows us to make 1-click Foundations and No-Slope Basements.
The kitchen includes the Upgraded Appliance Package: with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, and microwave. There is a gas grill just outside the kitchen side-door. Both the stove and grill have smoke alarms.
Since I was messing around with Moo's GridAdjuster anyway (for the 1-click foundation) I thought, "What the heck, let's add a basement... small house needs basement!" So, there is a partially finished basement included. Your sim can figure out a way to use the space, I'm sure...
Please take a tour - scroll down for more pictures - and see everything this house has to offer. The house is completely furnished and decorated - though there's plenty of room to add more... Furniture/decos are all EAxis in-game stuff. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The telephone is by the front door. The front door is burglar alarmed. The stove and grill have smoke alarms.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking available for one vehicle on the driveway.
I may have used wallpapers/floors from this bundle in this build.
