Technically, this is house No. 303 of the lots I have submitted to MTS2 - It is a rebuild of the first lot I ever submitted to them.
I originally built this house in 2011. It was my first 'build'
uploaded to MTS. As I approached my 10 Year Anniversary, I went
back and fixed up many of my first houses (removing excessive CC 
and fixing routing issues.) Most of these uploads have just had their
files replaced with the newly fixed files, but this lot is a favorite of
mine, so I decided it deserved a complete redux and New Upload.

This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC
star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered
walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to
mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go
get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
